Bishops of the Church of England have issued an apology to the LGBT community for their “rejection and exclusion” days after announcing support for blessing same-sex couples. The Archbishop of Canterbury, the denomination's principal leader, said Friday that he doesn't plan to personally bless same-sex couples.
